Order before the last-minute rush.
Earlier orders are always welcome. These are recommended lead times, not fixed deadlines.
Preparation timing begins after Zainur receives the required details and the 50% advance. For Starter, we normally aim to prepare the first version within around 1–2 working days after that point. Standard timing depends on the number of events and content and is confirmed with your order. Short-notice orders may be accepted depending on availability. If your event is very close, do not assume completion before the event unless Zainur confirms the requested completion target before the advance is paid.

Pay the 50% advance
Once your package, total price and scope are confirmed, the 50% advance confirms the order and allows Zainur to begin the design and personalisation work.

We prepare your invitation
Zainur personalises the chosen template with your approved content and the features included in your package. Preparation starts after the required details and 50% advance are received. We also check the invitation on mobile and desktop before sending the preview.

YOUR REVIEW
Preview and request corrections
You receive a preview before public publishing. Check names, spelling, dates, times, locations, photographs and other details carefully, then request corrections within your package's included revision rounds.

FINAL APPROVAL
Approve and pay the remaining 50%
When you are happy with the final preview, you approve it. The remaining 50% is then paid before Zainur publishes the invitation.
Nothing is published publicly before your approval.

GO LIVE
We publish your invitation
Zainur publishes the approved invitation using its final website link, checks the live version, and makes sure the main buttons and event information work as expected.

READY TO SHARE
Receive your link and QR code
You receive the final invitation link and QR code. Share the link through WhatsApp or use the QR code digitally or on printed materials.

BEFORE YOU SEND DETAILS
A few things make the process faster.
You do not need everything perfectly organised before contacting us. But having the important event information ready helps us prepare the first preview more smoothly.
AFTER PUBLISHING
Going live is not the end.
Your invitation remains a Zainur-managed website during the included hosting period.
Your invitation link
The same final link can be shared with guests throughout the hosting period.
Your QR code
The QR code opens that final invitation link, so guests can scan and visit directly.
6 months included
The invitation stays online for six months after the event, or after the final event when the package includes several events.
Optional renewal
Keep the existing invitation online for one additional year for LKR 1,000. Major redesigns or new events are separate work.

Questions before you begin
You pay 50% after the package, total price and scope are confirmed so Zainur can begin the work. You then receive the final preview before paying the remaining 50% and before the invitation is published.
Yes. The template gallery can show screenshots for fast browsing, while the Live Preview opens the real demo so you can experience animations, countdowns and mobile behaviour.
Zainur uses WhatsApp for personal order communication and files. Only information selected for the invitation is placed on the public invitation website.
Yes. Corrections can be requested during the included revision rounds for your selected package. Extra work outside the package is discussed with you before it is added.
We recommend around 7–10 days before the event for Starter and around 10–14 days before the first listed event for Standard. Earlier is welcome. Short-notice orders depend on availability, so contact Zainur before paying the advance if your event is very close.
After the final invitation is published. Zainur generates the QR code using the final public website link so both always open the same invitation.
