Package questions
The 50% advance confirms your order and allows Zainur to begin design and personalisation work. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the final preview and before the invitation is published.
Yes. Normal ready-made Zainur templates are not locked to Starter or Standard. You choose the design you like, then the package controls the amount of content and features included.
Starter uses the selected template's fixed, curated colour palette. Standard customers may ask Zainur to adapt the palette to their event-theme colours during the WhatsApp conversation. Zainur may adjust shades or contrast to protect readability and the design's quality. This does not include changing the template's layout, typography, decorative style or overall design.
Yes. Normal couple and family details are included in both Starter and Standard. Parents or guardians can be shown, and sibling names can also be included when you want them and the selected template has suitable space. Family details are not treated as a separate paid feature.
Yes. Once the final public invitation link is ready, Zainur generates a QR code that opens the same invitation website.
Standard can include up to four events with their own date, time and venue details. The countdown can move to the next upcoming event as earlier events finish.
For Starter, we recommend ordering around 7–10 days before the event. For Standard, we recommend around 10–14 days before the first listed event. Earlier orders are welcome. Short-notice orders may be accepted depending on availability, so please contact Zainur before paying the advance if your event is very close.
The invitation can be renewed for one additional year for LKR 1,000. Without renewal, Zainur may archive or remove it after the included hosting period.
Not yet. Premium is planned as Zainur's custom-design service. For now, we are accepting Starter and Standard orders.
